This article is based on Jeff Haden’ analysis and a research of Washington university.
Research shows that professionally as well as personally, the person you marry makes a huge difference.
That sounds obvious, right? It’s just that a scientific research has made it clear, as a way to make it more accurate.
Researchers of Washington University found that ” people with relatively prudent and reliable partners tend to perform better at work, earning more promotions, making more money, and feeling more satisfied with their jobs”.
The argument is effective for both men and women. “Partner conscientiousness” tends to predict a pretty awesome personal and professional future satisfaction. “In non-research-speak, a good partner both sets a good example and makes it possible for you to be a better you.”
Jeff Haden affirms that is the case for him and for another famous man. I am far away from being an expert in relationships or marriage, however as far as I am concerned, I do believe (not just because that’s the case for me 🙂 ) if your partner makes you better, you have more chance to succeed and to have a happy life.
So you just need to know the reason why you chose her/him.
