Worthy woman, precious stone

The 2017 theme of this International Women’s Day given by the United Nations of Women was “Women in the changing world of work: Planet 50-50 by 2030”.

In different ways, the woman has been celebrated today from all over the world. If their fight starts since the beginning of the 20th century, what draws my attention today is the men’s point of view regarding this day.  Until today some of them wonder what women celebrate. What I understand in this question is that a woman will still remain a woman and will never be equal to a man.

Even though Statistics show that as far as time is going by, women are taking leadership role in the global workforce, even though the fight is more seen in the global workforce, I would like to draw the attention on one fact (replying by this way to men too): numbers show great statistics in the global workforce but tend to forget the statistics at home.

Some women tend to be worthy women and precious stones by playing the role of the mother and/or the wife at home and the leader at work. They are essential partners to their husband who understand this partnership and the impact in their lives, thus their participation and the role sharing at home.

So women, keep continue your fight and to encourage people around you!
